G'day, I'm Eric. I started Gotcha because I was tired of watching customers get handed to whoever happened to be free that day, with a price set by someone who'd never seen the job.

Emily runs the office and keeps everything on schedule. I run the vans with a wicked group of hard-working fellas. When you ring, you get a real person — not a queue, not a script.

We quote before we start, we clean up after ourselves, and we hand over the compliance paperwork without being asked. That's the whole business model.
