Terms of Service

Quotes. Quotes are provided before work commences and are valid for 30 days. Where work uncovers something that could not reasonably have been seen at quoting — for example a collapsed pipe behind a wall — we will stop, explain it, and re-quote before continuing.

Payment. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card.

Workmanship. All plumbing and gas work is carried out under SA Plumbing & Gas Licence PGE 269517 and is covered by our workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products apply separately as per the manufacturer's terms.

Compliance. Certificates of Compliance are issued for all applicable gas and plumbing work and emailed to you on completion.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
